Regenboog groentespiesen uit de Airfryer Philips



Deze regenboog groentespiesen uit de Airfryer zijn een gezonde en smakelijke manier om van verschillende groenten te genieten. Perfect als bijgerecht of als lichte maaltijd.

Ingredients:

  • 1 rode paprika, in stukken gesneden
  • 1 gele paprika, in stukken gesneden
  • 1 groene paprika, in stukken gesneden
  • 1 rode ui, in partjes
  • 1 courgette, in plakjes
  • 12 cherrytomaten
  • 2 eetlepels olijfolie
  • Zout en peper naar smaak
  • Houten spiesen, geweekt in water

Instructions:

Verwarm de Airfryer voor op 180C

Rijg de groentestukken afwisselend aan de geweekte houten spiesen

Bestrijk de groentespiesen met olijfolie en breng op smaak met zout en peper

Plaats de groentespiesen in de Airfryer-mand en bak gedurende 10-12 minuten, of tot de groenten zacht zijn en lichte grillstrepen hebben

Halverwege de baktijd kun je de spiesen omdraaien voor gelijkmatig grillen

Serveer de regenboog groentespiesen warm, eventueel met een dip naar keuze

Sesame Tuile Cookies



Sesame Tuile Cookies are little, thin cookies that taste nutty and have a great crunch from the sesame seeds. You can enjoy them as a sweet treat with a coffee or tea.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup 115g unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup 100g granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup 60ml sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup 60g all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large egg whites

Instructions:

Warm your oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet

The softened butter and granulated sugar should be mixed together in a bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy

To the butter and sugar mix, add the all-purpose flour, salt, and vanilla extract

Mix everything together well

Beat the egg whites in a different bowl until they form stiff peaks

Fold the egg whites into the sesame seed mixture very slowly until the batter is smooth

Place small spoonfuls of the batter on the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving at least 2 inches between each one

Spread the batter out into thin rounds about 3 inches across with the back of a spoon

After the oven is hot, bake the cookies for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown

After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for one minute on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way

As they cool, they'll get crisp

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Do this until a dough forms

Add the chocolate chips and almond milk and mix until the chips are spread out evenly

Drop cookie dough from a spoon or cookie scoop onto the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving space between each cookie

It should be baked for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are set

Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way

Paleo Butternut Squash Hummus



This Butternut Squash Hummus is a tasty and wholesome Paleo-friendly take on the traditional hummus. It's flavorful, creamy, and ideal for dipping. The traditional hummus ingredients go very well with the sweet and slightly smoky flavor that the roasted butternut squash brings to the dish.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of roasted butternut squash cubes
  • 1/4 cup of tahini
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Set the oven temperature to 400F 200C

After putting the butternut squash cubes on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Bake the squash for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it's soft and has a hint of caramelization

After cooking, allow the squash to cool for a short while

Roasted butternut squash, tahini, minced garlic, lemon juice, ground cumin, paprika, and the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil should all be combined in a food processor

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced

Stir-fry for a further two to three minutes, or until everything is thoroughly heated and nicely coated in sauce

To taste, add salt and pepper for seasoning

Over cooked rice, serve hot

After 5 to 7 minutes, the cauliflower should be soft

Add diced chicken, soy sauce or coconut aminos, and peas if you want

For another two to three minutes, cook

Add pepper and salt to taste

Before serving, top with sliced green onions
