Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet
Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl with a whisk
Melt the coconut oil and mix it with the brown sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a different bowl until everything is well mixed
Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ones while mixing them together
Do this until a dough forms
Add the chocolate chips and almond milk and mix until the chips are spread out evenly
Drop cookie dough from a spoon or cookie scoop onto the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving space between each cookie
It should be baked for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are set
Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way
