Bacon-Wrapped Cheese-Stuffed Hot Dogs

Ingredients:

• 4 hot dogs
• 4 slices of bacon
• 4 mozzarella cheese sticks
• 4 hot dog buns
• 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Optional toppings: diced onions, jalapeos, shredded lettuce

Instructions:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat

Make a lengthwise cut into each hot dog, creating a pocket for the cheese

Insert a mozzarella cheese stick into each hot dog pocket
