30 Minute Green Goddess Chicken Recipe



This 30 Minute Green Goddess Chicken recipe combines tender chicken breasts with a vibrant and flavorful green goddess sauce made from fresh herbs and Greek yogurt. It's a quick and healthy dish that's perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 avocado, sliced for serving
  • 1 lemon, sliced for serving

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400F 200C

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides

In a blender or food processor, combine Greek yogurt, basil, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, and honey

Blend until smooth

Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the green goddess mixture over the top, covering each breast evenly

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear

Serve hot with sliced avocado and lemon on the side
