Ingredients:
- 2 cups kale, finely chopped
- 1 cup shelled edamame
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package dumpling wrappers
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes optional
Instructions:
You can put kale, edamame, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and mix them together
Mix well
Put a small amount of the filling in the middle of each dumpling wrapper
Spray water around the edges of the wrapper, then fold and seal the dumplings inside
Boil the water in a pot and add the dumplings
Cook them for 5 to 6 minutes, or until they float to the top
To make the sauce, put soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and chili flakes in a small bowl and mix them together
Give the dumplings out hot and the sauce to dip them in on the side
